Help me please! Not enough cupboards - moved house
Any alcove spaces, space with walls on both sides (hallway?).
Make ladder shelf racks. Image a ladder with the "steps" on the inside, add a cross bar at the top on the outside deep enough to hold it vertical to compensate for the skirting and place one on each wall. Now add shelves across the space, on top of the steps wide enough to wedge the ladders agaisnt the wall? The big advantageis that there are no screw holes.
for our larder we've bought some expedit units the white ones are the cheapest http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/20135300/ and you can get away without securing them if you dont stack too high so landlord wont complain about damage to walls
