Lenders ask for deposits from customers, 10%- 25% etc.
what is the max amount of % deposit you can put down ?
can you put 70% for example ?
and on these 'higher ones' are there any other things you need to have? such as a better credit hisotry, or any other things you need to provide in 'addition', (than if you were going for a 15% one)
I heard 75% is max? but wanted people to clarify it.

Anything upto 100%. Then you need no mortgage.
Just be careful of a lender's minimum mortgage requirement. If they set a £25k minimum you'd have to adjust your deposit accordingly.
Criteria and possibly credit score gets easier the more deposit you put down.I am a mortgage broker. You can put down as much as you like as your deposit, the bigger the deposit the better.
Having said that all mortgage products have a minimum lending amount, so as long as you are not borrowing less then their minimum with your deposit added, you should be fine.0 -

In addition you can have a mortgage over 15 years if this suits you better.Truth always poses doubts & questions. Only lies are 100% believable, because they don't need to justify reality. - Carlos Ruiz Zafon, The Labyrinth of the Spirits0
