Oh good. I was starting to worry that I sounded a bit racist (which I am not) but I wasn't sure how to state the facts any other way. HSBC must realise that we struggle with their pidgeon english otherwise they wouldn't give them a pre-recorded message to play to us, they would just leave a message themselves wouldn't they? I'm sure it must work the other way too, can they really understand us and our regional accents? I think that's probably another reason that I hate calls from banks.0
