Basic salary and commission mortgage...

Hello all,

I am looking to remortgage and need to know if anyone would consider £21k basic and £29k commission as good enough income?

Property is £200k and mortgage is £160k. Credit file is all good but I have only been in job for 19 months (P60 shows £50k last year and on course for the same this year).

It is just me applying and would like to get moving on this if its possible?

If anyone has any pointers or can help me I would be really appreciative.

Thanks

    Is the commission paid monthly/qtrly/annually?

Abbey for example will accept, but need your last 3 months payslips as onfirmation if paid monthly.

Nost will accept comission but to varying degrees with varying proof - some may need 2/3 years p60's to confirm consistancy (which obviously won't be possible for you) because of the number of options avaiable here, I would recommend speaking to a broker so they can get more details and find your best option.
