Would anyone else be having a problem redeeming their spud shillings?
I have just built up 2000 and have ordered a £20 M&S voucher, the next page takes me to 'edit my details' to make sure they have my correct address etc. Then I have to redeem the spud shillings again. When I do this I'm taken through the same proceedure again and again. I can't seem to find a way out of this circle. :undecided
I would be grateful for any help as I have until next Wednesday.
I left it this long as I've been trying to build up my points.

I emailed the customer service team on the weekend, using the online form, although it's more to do with complaints about products, I haven't had a reply.
I have entered a mobile phone number, but I never have a page which confirms my order, only the continuous edit your details and re submit your order, again and again and again.
I can't think what I'm doing wrong.
At Gastonomix's suggestion I'll email the customer service team direct.

I've just realised where I've gone wrong and have managed to order my voucher.
I only had Address1 completed, I had no address in Address2, as I don't have an area only a town. So I had to split my house number and road to make it fit the boxes and it worked!!!!! It had been waiting for something to be put in the Address2 box all along.
How frustrating, but so many thanks for your help.
