In addition to any specifically stated T&Cs, the following apply to all prize giveaways:
1. Competitions and prizes are open to readers of Sainsbury’s Magazine aged 18 and over and resident in the UK. Employees of the Sainsbury’s Group of Companies, Seven Publishing Group Ltd, of which Seven Squared is a part, the promoting companies and their subsidiaries, their associates and relatives are not eligible to enter.
2. Competition winners will be chosen at random from all entries once the lines close/deadline for receipt of postal entries has expired. The winner will be notified within 14 days.
3. Prizes must be taken as offered, cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent and are not transferable.
4. Correspondence will not be entered into: the judges’ decision is final
5. Only one entry allowed per person. No third-party entries will be accepted.
6. Competition winners must be available for publicity.
7. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, delayed, damaged or mislaid. Proof of entry is not regarded as proof of receipt of entry.
8. Entries that are not in accordance with these rules will be disqualified.

10. If attempts to notify the winner are not successful after four weeks, the winner shall be deemed to have forfeited the prize and a new winner will be chosen and notified of the results of the competition.

3. The prize must be taken by 31st December 2012 and is subject to availability at the time of booking.
