1kg (small) chicken in SC

Options
Hiya,
I've got a small chicken and thought instead of roasting it, I'd put it in my SC.

Will it be done by 6pm if I put it on high?

Do I just need to bung it in the SC with maybe some onions on the bottom? What about stock - should I make a bit of it, or just crumble a cube over it? (would it be better with liquid?)

Sorry for all the questions, I just don't want to mess it up!!

Thanks :)

I did a small chicken in the SC at the weekend. Only took 4 hours to cook (I have a very large SC though) and only the first two hours were on high. I did chop 3 small onions and put them in the bottom along with a glass of white wine, a little water and some olive oil. I also brown the chicken on all sides in a very hot pan before I started. it was beautiful! I think I used to much liquid though as it was swimming by the time it finished.
