Am now in a position that I can make full and final settlement offers on all my debts.
I've had a DMP with CCCS for a few years now.
Does anyone have a link to letter templates for making full and final settlement offers to my creditors?

Hi,
Well done on being in this position - that must be exciting.
Have a look on the National Debtline website. I';ve done a couple of F&Fs while on my dmp and I just tweaked their template letter to suit.
I also rang the national debtline phoneline to read them the offer letters i got back from creditors, which was really helpful.

Yes, original debt was over £52k in 2009 so will be good to see it gone:j....and I couldn't have done it without these boards0
