I need a complete 1 month healthy meal plan that includes all breakfasts, lunches and dinners (and desserts of course)
As cheap as possible of course maybe about £80 or less per month if possible.

If you have storecupboard ingredients already (rice/pasta/herbs/tins) then it's totally easily doable!
I live on my own and eat a healthy (albeit vegetarian) diet and spend max £60/month on groceries.
See here for Weezl's Feed a Family of 4 for £100/month website!!
Look on the Old Style board too for inspiration* Rainbow baby boy born 9th August 2016 *

If i were you i'd make a list of everything you need for breakfast and lunch to start with, then get a calander or a peice of paper and write 1-31 (or however many days there is in that month) fill in meals in pencil of meals you like and cheaper meals and ideas you get on here, put everything you need into whichever supermarket you use and aim for around £60 (leaving money left for fruit and veg, milk and bread) if you come in over you can then chop and chnage things online and rewite your plan.
Other suggestions would be batching cooking, keeping an eye out for deals (lidl is good) and whoopsies to be flexible, make a list of all foods you have in and make as many meals for them as you can (people on here are always willing to help).DEC GC £463.67/£450

I'd say it's easily doable if you have a freezer and can batch cook some meals. Things like bolognaise sauce which you can use for spag bol, lasagne or even for shepherd's pie. Add lots of chopped veg to it and possibly some red lentils to stretch it even further.
Curries are another thing which you can batch cook and freezes well. Also various soups which are useful as a luch or as an evening meal with some fruit to follow.
