Late Payments on Credit Report

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is some type of appeal against late payments recorded on a credit report? I have two showing on my credit report for Capital One and I think that they have been unfairly recorded and want them removed.

Can anyone help?

Thanks.

The payments have either been fairly or unfairly recorded but not both.

What makes you think they are unfairly recorded ?

First you need to work out whether the late payments are correct or not.

If they are unfairly recorded then i think contacting capital 1 would be teh next move.
