Not far from you in middlesbrough zombie, we had heavy rain yesterday and today but only briefly then it came out hot again. This weather is scary! We have more heavy weather warnings for the north.

Sylvia said a prayer for your friend hope he recovers.
Surprised to say we had a good weekend here weatherwise.
Katie have seen that film several times and also have the book. I actually enjoyed the book better, I think I imagine what the characters look like in the book and the actors and actresses never look like what I imagined. It kept you guessing to near the end. Good film.
Sheils have a nice time on your hols. Its good to have a change of scenery.
Becks glad you had a good night. I love a dance. Shame not everyone got up to dance.
Hope we all have a lucky week this week.

this morning it's lovely here :j
the rains soaked all the gardens through & sun's shining away everything smells new & fresh
& found some more tomatoes ready for picking
still loads of them not turning yet so might have to resort to the banana trick if the sun hides away again

Well the inn will be quiet i suspect as we are off to Bournemouth today so won't be about much and know sheils and melvis also away. The rest of you make sure you get lucky

Hi everyone, Big thanks for all your concern regarding daughters F in L. Came through operation again Ok, what a fighter, will keep you posted.

Not far from you Wingo,, we are in Durham, seems to have rained most of the night but lovely and sunny now.

Sheils, do have a lovely holiday and come back ready for a good comping run through till CxxxxxxxS. Cant say the word its too scary, need to get a win soon!!

Beck, Bournemouth sounds lovely, hope you have a parcel waiting for you, I've never had an unexpected parcel yet but keep looking at all the white vans when they stop close, I'm sure they stop right outside my house just to tease me.

Wingo - I am near Darlington so Boro isnt far at all. I might be going there in a few weeks to do a 10K race

DH asked me this morning when we are next booking a holiday, I just laughed at him. Maybe thats why Im not winning anything ATM, there is a family holiday to Florida (or anywhere else will do) just round the corner for us :rotfl: I'll not hold my breath though.

Your singing sounds like mine fire**fly- I could empty a room in seconds with my first note.

Sylvia I am from " the Land of the Prince Bishops" too although living in Cambridgeshire at the moment. Mum and dad and sister still up there so often visit. I,ll give you a wave next time I pull into Durham station.
