Well done fire**fly, great win for your GS! :T can't believe airfix is still going after all these years! My bro used to save his pocket money for one every month! :D

I'm enjoying watching Olympics but not getting much comping done!

That was nice of your Inlaws neighbour Becks! Royal doulton is expensive!

Son is going off on one cos he can't have his own way. He wants to go play football now even though he's been playing all day at summer school. I told him no as it was late and he should really be in bed but his dad is saying its ok for him to play football! The pair of them are moaning at me now, not sure which is the bigger kid! I'm not giving in to the pair of them!

Well done James Goddard getting bronze in swimming :T

Can I join you Dinx in getting 'nissed as a pewt' as dad would say! :D and I'll join you at the Olympics! :p

Oh of course you can, Wednesday is defo the best night to get "nissed as a pewt".

Am really kind of serious about the olympics we are within travelling distance of London and the whole family has been drawn in hook line and sinker by the Great British Volleyball team (google them and your heart will melt if you do not know their story), so have been desperately trying to win tixs to no avail.

Oh and the elderly cat sat next to me has just broken wind and it stinks _pale_ , got to move.:rotfl:

    Lol! @ the cat! :D
Last night I was looking in my wardrobe and when I shut the door, the dog was there....burped in my face and run down the stairs! I swear he's doing it to annoy me! :rotfl:

Good luck with the volley ball tix, if there's any I can enter for you let me know :) would love to go but I live up north so a long way for me.

    Hi all :)

    Long time, no speak!!

I've been so busy at work recently, I've found time to post my mags etc (late!!) but have barely comped in a month :eek: Off today as the pooches are getting pampered so can have a mild catch up, back in tomorrow then off for 16 whole days :j:j:j:j

We're off to a log cabin next week for a few days, it says on the website that it has a dishwasher but you've to bring your own tablets. Are dishwashers pretty self explainatory? Or should I just take some Fairy and a sponge like usual? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Never used a dishwasher before :eek: I am the dishawasher :rotfl::rotfl:

Not won much recently, which isn't suprising as the only comps I'm up to date with are postals and I rarely win them despite spending a fortune on stamps :rotfl::rotfl:

Good luck everyone for August xxx

    Hi Melvis,

Wondered where you had been lately! Hope you have a great break.Where are you going?
Dishwashers are easy to use but tablets are quite expensive if you have to buy a packet just to use for a few days. If there are just the two of you it probably isn't worth it as dishwashers take ages and you have to load and unload them anyway. They are great for families and big groups though. x

i started doing dailies early, then halfway through pickmeup they wouldn't load so have just 2 to do on pmeup, then wotv & woman :(
so annoying when they go down :eek:

that pic of squidgy is brilliant :T :j
    def keeping that one lolpan.gif

hiya mel  great you've a day off :jhope you get a chance to catch up comps
before your break & hope you have a great time :A

agree with sheils about the dishwasher, if there's just 2 or 3 of you it's quicker & easier to do them by hand :D

sun's out here this morning soleil02.gif
& looks like it's going to be a nice day :j
so hopefully will be able to potter about outside & get some weeding donenavet.gif :rotfl:
