The winner and a guest will stay for three nights, half-board, at the Romantik Hotel Schweizerhof, in Grindelwald. The hotel is set on the edge of town in one of the most stunning locations in the Alps: beneath the north face of the Eiger. It’s a great base from which to explore the region on foot, by mountain bike or by railway.
Return flights from London City to Bern are with SkyWork Airlines, which serves the Swiss capital twice a day, Monday to Friday, and once a day at weekends.
Return rail transfers from Bern to Grindelwald will be provided by Switzerland Travel Centre. The prize must be taken before September 30, 2012, subject to availability and excluding public holidays.
