No im not being reckless im being honest, no there is no contract and to find out if there is such a contract i suggest you ask for a copy of that so called contract which will have 2 signatures on it, thats if they still have the agreement you signed, notice agreement not contract.

Write to them stating you are not refusing to pay but you want to see the contract which is signed by both parties, you signed the agreement did you see the other party sign it the same time? Once you signed it did you get the card there and then? Same with loans, once you sign the agreement do you get the loan straight away or a few days/weeks later? Why don't you get the card/loan straight away? How long does it take to do a credit search? So why do u not get the money/card there and then or 5 min after doing a credit search. Think about it.

Iva's & Dmp cost you money, a debt company will contact you in regards to your debt, take your details and contact a insolvency practitioner who will pay a commission to them Iva's are the best as they carry big commisions as for a dmp which carries approx £50/60 per client (you), you then pay this over a period of time.

But BosniaVet is with CCCS, they don't charge anything for the DMP. They provide that service for free.

On the barclaycard situation, it sadly sounds like you've done everything you can. I suppose you could keep hassling them. And if you can find the odd bit of extra cash, chuck it specifically at that debt.

Well, we have yet another anti CCCS troll hitting the boards.

Does it matter how much the creditors pay CCCS to fund their excellent, invaluable work? No.

Everything you pay to CCCS goes to the repayment of debt unlike some IVA providers who will scam you for £000's.

So trot along and go and sell your advice somewhere else.

Doesn't matter to me, the point is that the DMP is FREE THROUGH CCCS
Our LBM: Dec 2011. DMP started: Jan 2012. Debt at LBM: £41,568

    Oct 2012 = Current debt: £40,548.93

We've been on a dmp with cccs since 2008. We have debts with barclaycard too (amongst others). They originally froze interest but as we have started to clear debts, our payments to them have gone up and once we hit mire than 2% of our debt they restarted interest.

As I said - CCCS provide DMPs for free. A DMP, which is what BosniaVet is doing, as am I, does not involve an insolvency practitioner. CCCS provide DMPs for free, as a charity, and Payplan also provide free DMPs.

Barclaycard froze interest for me for about the first 6 months of my dmp during 2008. After that, they added a little interest for a few years but for the last year I've been whacked with the full amount of interest but the payments they are receiving are more than the minimum payment I would be paying if I wasn't on a dmp. I'm making slow headway with BC.
Debt 30k in 2008.:o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free :)

ccs and alike are funded by funds put into by people like banks and credit card companys
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
