Credit file linked addresses Advice

I have recently being checking my credit files and have noticed i have linked addresses. How long do they stay on my file for? I no longer have any of the accounts they have being linked to they have gone from my report.

According to Experian, up to 8 years.

Why does this concern you?
If there are no remaining products (or defaults) at those addresses then it makes night difference. Apart from confirming you previous address is as per your applications.0 -

I've just applied for a mortgage and they have said that because of the amount of linked addresses that I had, (like 7) they wouldn't give me the mortgage.0
