What priority should I make payments to?

I can just about cover my minimum monthly debt payments but wonder if I can save interest and/or reduce time to repay the overall debt? I currently pay £694 per month across overdrafts, credit cards and a loan. Despite having an excellent credit score with Experian, my bank and mortgage lender, Lloyds TSB/ Cheltenham & Gloucester are taking a very hard line with me, and will not further advance some mortgage monies to me to secure the debt over a longer period, nor approve an unsecured loan either.
The £694 per month includes includes interest and charges on overdrafts, so isn't starting to repay the outstanding overdrawn balances.
My questions are:
1) In what priority order should I repay the debts, i.e. overdrafts first?
2) Should I try consolidating some off the debts into an unsecured loan with another lender, or look to use 0% balance transfers?
Lloyds TSB overdraft £3,000 pay £40/mth charges/interest
Santander overdraft £1,000 pay £20/mth charges/interest
Lloyds TSB personal loan £8,500 10.4% pay £207 per month
Barclaycard credit card £8,000 6.9% life of balance - pay £200/mth
Virgin credit card £10,200 0% about to finish - pay £105 per month
RBS credit card £3,500 0% until Dec 2012 - pay £37 per month
Lloyds credit card £5,000 20.44% -pay £85 per month
