Cretin. Look at the grammar in the last but one sentence in the above post.0

Pedant!
@ Simon gloster
My grammar is atrocious. I never know when to stop a sentence or to continue in a stream of concious mode where thoughts and words intertwine.

He was talking about my post, but two people, you included, posted before he did, making it looks like he was referring to yours.
I'm grateful he pointed it out. It allowed me to correct it (as you can see from the edit notification). Constructive criticism - it's the greatest.0 -
I'm not sure if you were absent from school the days they taught grammar, punctuation, and spelling, or if you attended an inner-city comprehensive, or indeed if English isn't your mother tongue. Whichever, I'd say a much better investment of that £20K (or some of it) would be in adult education in literacy.
what is the purpose of this ridiculous, unnecessary attack? maybe you are a troll or a cyber bully or just a pompous twit!
To the original post I would advise you to speak with a lender perhaps the one you have your current savings with, they will be able to give you advice without putting a search on your credit file. I am sure they will take into account the admiral way you have managed to save a decent amount whilst also paying rent on a relatively low wage. If I was a lender I would class you as a safe bet on paper.
p.s do not rise to any pedantic forum posts, Its hard graft and cold hard cash that will keep a roof over your head, not wether you have the ability to spell or not.0 -
