@BugsyBrowne. Your response bears absolutely no relation to my original question so I can only hope it made you feel superior. Otherwise it will have served no useful purpose at all as well as being totally devoid of grammar. :rotfl:

No worries have a good night.

Are you sure it wasn't a little box of T&C's when looking for a loan?

None of this type of company are interested in finding you a loan, all they want is the money for the referral.

Thanks Apples. I didn't apply through Credit Expert. I found the Sainsbury's rate on moneysupermarket and applied from there. There were 3 tick boxes at the bottom of the agreement. I ticked the first 2 - that I had read and understood the ts and Cs and that Moneysupermarket.com could contact me with offers. I specifically did not tick the box that would have given permission for 3rd parties to contact me.

is this your net salary? Also does the ratio change to account for the fact you've asked for a longer term loan? i.e. 4 years instead of 1.
It isn't a defined figure, it is just a reasonable gauge to work with. Nobody (other than the lenders machine) knows exactly how they work out acceptance criteria.

If I get £1900 a month how much debt can I have?
    thanks.
The red quote is a worrying stement, this isn't a competition to grab as much debt as possible, the idea is to have zero debt and plenty of savings.
