many many people on this site ask for advise...it is why the site was set up, maybe they want advise before taking other action like phoning banks, garages, shops, travel agents, plumbers etc

if the end result after the advice is given, means a phone call is necessary then thats ok

if everyone phoned before asking advise on here then this site would be very very sparse and the Wutangs of this world would have to go elsewhere to be a keyboard warrior
