Nationwide Loan - how long before hearing?

Hi,

I applied for a Nationwide loan earlier this week and I didn't get an immediate acceptance on line.
When I check my application status is says complete with a time about 4 hours after I applied.
It's been 4 days now and I've not heard anything, I assume I will get something either way, i.e. if approved or declined?

Anyboby know how long it should be to hear anything?

I am a flex account customer so I though it might be quite quick so now I'm thinking that it's probably been declined.

I will next week, was just wondering how they normally contact people and how quickly they do it and do they always contact people regardless of decision made? Basically should I have heard something by now or should I just wait a while before contacting them.
