After two weeks of spending way too much in the supermarket:eek: , we are aiming for at least one week of eating out of the cupboard/freezer/fridge. I thought I would throw myself on the mercy of fellow OSers to see if you can help come up with any meals for me and DH. We like all types of food and like to use lots of herbs and spices in our food and don't really eat puds

If it was me, it would be something like:
Chickpea and lentil curry with rice
Chicken Lasagna (2 x chicken, toms, kidney beans)
Beef Stew (beef chunks, leeks, onion, toms)
Egg fried rice
Couscous with the apricot, lentils and sultanas
Chicken, roasties and veg
Cheese potato pie with bacon, cabbage and crispy onion
