Anyone know who these guys are?
Debt sold onto them and nothing showing up anywhere. Are they another name for some of the usual DCA suspects.
Anyone any dealings with them to give me a clue as to what to expect.
Thanks to this forum and what I have learnt on here my original DCA has taken fright and sold off after one letter cobbled together from the advice you guys give. It felt sooooooooooooo good to write.
Might seem a little thing but to start to take control again instead of being pushed around by DCA's is great.
So thanks to everyone who is taking time to make the effort to help us little guys know our rights. After years of darkness there really is a glint in the sky. Even if these guys are worse than the last lot least I know they have to do it by rules and seems DCA's dont really like rules much.

Thanks Fermi.
Have tracked them down as Motor Mile Finance of Bradford.
Seems from there they specialise in low end PDL's and unenforceable debts via scare tactics. Door step visits out of the blue, threatening court, ringing work you know all the things that OFT have said they cant do. Even on thier website which they seem proud of they say things like this. Good read if anyone wishes to see what not to make public.
That would explain why OC has sent it to them. OC didnt like being told that us little guys do have rights and once you get to learn them then things just are no longer as easy as bullying and harrassment.
Have to see what next week brings with them. Not a disaster but could be an interesting few weeks before I get what I want.
Thanks again always read your informative posts0
