Repoed House Council Letter

My secured loan firm repossesed my house back in december and now the mortgage company HBOS has also been granted a possession order. Today I received a letter from my secured loan company that they have forwarded me from the council ordering them to maintain the gardens as they are overgrown. The letter is addressed to the loan firm. Am I correct in thinking this is now there responcibility?

Thanks

If the house was repossessed in december, you have no control over the hosue. If they have full possession and you havent been living in it it is their problem to resolve.

i would personally contact the council and inform them of all the dates that you moved out and when the exact date that the house was repossessed.

Would't even bother doing that, "The letter is addressed to the loan firm" so council are already onto them.
