Mortgage after bankruptcy

Hi I was declared BR over 3 yrs ago and have been discharged for approx 30 mths now.
I have no debts and a mortgage which is up to date with no arrears and has been so for a good 3 yrs.
I am looking to move and take a new mortgage for a lower amount than my current one. I have approx 30k equity and require a 75%ltv mortgage. I have done a basic initial AIP with National Counties who said they could help when i have been discharged for 3yrs which will be in 6 mths time, As I have a buyer I would like to try and find someone who could help now.
Any advice or reccomendations would be great, Many thanks in advance

It can theoretically be done but it all depends on the circumstances surrounding the BR.
There is one small lender will take a look at this that is officially not lending, however the lender is lending but only through a select handful of brokers. I am unable to name the lender here as I don't want to cause trouble for the lender as other brokers may complain. A GOOD experienced broker may be able to help you.
Some brokers will recommend a subprime lender to you, but I suspect you wont beed one.0 -
