Well, just received my second letter from VCS, and I must say I am very impressed by the very serious/authoritative/professional manner of the letter.
Sorry did I say serious/authoritative/professional? I meant comedic technicolor piece of crap!!
My god, this thing looks like it's been written by an 11 year old, what with all the pretty colours in boxes everywhere.
Aside from the fact that it looks like its been drawn up in a rather pathetic way... oooh watch it coz we may do this or that might happen so be scared.
I shan't go into the details, but the 2nd letter looks like they are trying to scare the owner and not the driver.
According to this there "may" be extra costs of £30 for court fees and £50 for solicitor's scale costs. I would pay those costs just to waste there time!!
I'm half expecting the next letter to be filled in with crayola and a childs dribble

If I was a PPC I would actually be embarrassed to send out something that looked this bad.
I can't quite figure out who it's supposed to intimidate, it really is very poor.0
