Sainsburys clothing sale now on!

Just called my Sainsburys, was told the kids sale is on now?!?! I'm confused!! Will have a look any way! If anyone can confirm b4 half 9, would save me a trip!! Happy hunting!!

There were a few kids things in the sale in my local branch, but nothing like the rails of womenswear so I wonder if it is what would have been on sale at that price over the weekend anyway. I wouldn't bother making the trip for childrenswear just yet.

Womenswear - the usual shabby casual stuff was half price, plus some Gok Wan "Dynasty"-type creations. I visited before work this morning, picked up a couple of workwear summer blouses (smart enough to wear under suits / with linen trousers, but too smart for jeans) for half price. The belt I had my eye on at the weekend was not marked down, but I couldn't wait for it any longer...and was pleasantly surprrised when it scanned for half price! So in total I have 2 good blouses that I'll keep for years, and a good quality belt for under £20, can't be bad .

Nothing much kids stuff in my local just the Halloween and Xmas stuff from last yr still so kids def not started here yet.

The nice new Gok was not reduced in my local today unfortunately. I did ask but lady said it was selling too well and no plans to reduce just yet. I did get a couple of tops and a dress though so not a wasted journey.

There were no signs about the sale, but in the womanswear section there was an entire aisle full of stuff. There was a lady still stickering clothes too. I picked up three items, which are all going back, as don't fit :cool:
There were a handful of kids items that are not worth a mention.

Just ladies stuff at my local. The only kids stuff on sale was the few bits of kids winter hats that have been on sale for months and still not been reduced more than 50% - they are never gonna shift them!

Was in my local Sainsburys yesterday and they had a load of the Gok Wan stuff heavily reduced -- I got the print tunic dress for £9! (reduced from £30) Which is just astonishing really. I'd have liked the wrap dress too but none in my size.

Just to let you know I was in Sainsbury before work and the kids sale is on… but its not the biggest and as always much more for girls than boys hth
