waiting for the light in the tunnel again

Will try to tell you everything I can, some things might be hard to explain, I've got a job that doesn't pay much, my oh has job that pays abit better but at the moment, he's not getting much work. We have got 4 credit cards we are paying just over the minimum each month, then we have got 2 fone contracts, but they are quite low, car insurance, bike insurance. But at the moment we are going through IVF, which when we started we could afford, and also oh's job was going better. We have got to do it now, so we have just got my savings that I have been trying not to touch, some money from his parents and then from mine, so should be able to pay for it. It is hard to explain it all, I know people will say you shouldn't be going through with it, but when we started we were ok, it's just put us in this situation because of oh's job, which seems to be on hold with going anywhere, but if he leaves he won't get the chance to earn better wages. I hope that makes sense it's hard to explain. Also since this started, everything seems to have happened where we have to pay out even more, eg, car repair, birthdays etc.. At the moment I feel like I'm stuck in this nightmare, but still have to get on with living my life. I know you might not be able to help much esp with not much information about amount we owe etc. but it will be hard when what oh earns is all over the place. Thanks for reading and trying to understand...

Hi, sorry things are feeling so tough for you, the IVF situation can't be helping.

There's a link to a SOA on here somewhere if you want to have a go at completing it to see where you might be able to cut back. Also worth just listing the debt amounts and APRs so you can work out where the bulk of your repayments needs to go.

I'm sure someone will be along with some good advice. Good luck!
