Graduate barclays loan

Hi folks,
just a quick question I have graduate loan, but when I took it out I was told that I could make overpayments, but I called up today to make a payment and was told that I cant. Can anyone clarify this situation for me please.......?????

    Hiya

    I took one out and they let me pay it off early if that s any help. I kind of need it back now!!! I wonder if they would let me he he! Go into the branch and talk to the advisor she phoned and sorrted everything out for me good luck:rotfl:

    Thanks clearly the person I spoke to didnt have a clue, I will pop in tommorrow for a chat then see if I can get that balance reduced...
