yes, whilst an IPA could not be imposed as you would have been discharged, you would be open to prosecution, either for perjury or contempt of court, which could include prison time or a fine, depending on the seriousness.Hi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.
