shopdirect is via hdnl (yodel)Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

I would personally send a letter and photocopies of receipts etc of delivery/returns etc to one of the directors. Send by recorded delivery and if you think you need to you could mention you will seek legal advice on this matter. (You usually can see a solicitor free of charge for half an hour).
Putting customers 1st is their mission statement, they have clearly failed on this occasion.
