Yep second that. Hairspray worked on mine. You might need to wipe it over afterwards though as it can leave a sticky residue.

Milk is very good at getting biro off leather, always recommended in furniture shops ;) just don't rub too hard as it could eat into the coating and ruin the finish.

Milk didn't do a thing on mine, cleaning firm suggested that or £££££ repair job, think it was over £200 but then googled it (ok was 4 years ago now) and came up with biro removal use hairspray. I've had a can of Tesco Value hairspray in the cleaning cupboard since. Saved me a fortune.
One day I might be more organised...........

my neighbour had this problem not long after she bought it ( she tried to blame my daughter on doing it too:mad:

she first used baby wipes, then cream cleanser and then finally she used a baby toothbrush with whitening tooth paste on it. you have to be gentle though and it did come off eventually

    Hi mandy,

I could be wrong but I think that others have recommended hairspray before. There is another thread on this that should help...I'll go and look for it and edit it into this post.

You're not the only ones, 4yr old DS drew a picture in biro on our leather suite the other day, and it's cream!!

I know hairspary works on biro on shirts but will try it later on the sofa.
