Credit scoring - I don't understand it?

Hi guys. Just been discharged from a DRO and first time ever seeing my credit scores. CallCredit have me down at 334 and Equifax 283. I understand this is low but how do I find out how low? How many points do I need before I get to good? What score is good?
Thanks

It doesn't matter. Focus on what's on your reports, not your score. Don't miss payments, be on the electoral roll, don't exceed credit limits, etc.

credit scaore mean nothing; they are just a way of making a little money

Credit scores do mean something but the problem is that almost every company has its own scoring system. So just because Experian scores you as 600 out of 999 doesnt mean that Natwest would give you the same score when they review your file.

The high focus on the score for the consumer sites by the CRAs is just a way to sell their services. What is important is the report as clearly the score is derived from this and it is the one thing that is consistent with all potential lenders.

I think you should be focusing on not getting another DRO, learn from your mistakes.
