Bailiff threats

Hi
I am successfully managing my debts with a comfortable dmp with the CCCs however I have had a visit today from a bailiff over an unpaid parking which is now in excess of £300.
I have moved address and had completely forgotten about it and did not get the letters/reminders.
Can I add this debt to my dmp or do they have the power regardless to seize my car. I have left the flat I was renting to save money and now stay between my parents house and my boyfriends house so I don't technically have any property they could seize instead.
I will try to arrange a re-payment plan but not sure how they will respond.

You need to go over to the parking fines section on here and see if you can get this sent back to court.
if not, stop paying the DMP and pay off the bailiff.
They can sieze your car, so this is urgent. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0
