I'm confused - it says they moved it indoors, but that photo is outdoors?0

If you look closely the torch is a bit wobbly. Photo was maybe taken whilst they were still forming outside, but then moved indoors to complete?

funny, we were talking about World Records the other day..... Is there any limit to what you can be a record holder for?
Could I be the world record holder for:-
Holding the most grains of sugar in my left hand while drinking a cup of milky coffee in my right????and if someone else held more grains but was drinking Tea, would that be a differnt record?0 -
