help with a prize that's not turned up after 2 months

hello everyone,
i was wondering if all you compers out there would help me.
my DGS won a prize from busytime magazine over well over 2 months ago ( puss in boots dvd, boot bag and socks )( i know it's not a huge prize but DGS was looking forward to this dvd and i was looking forward to the cute socks :rotfl: ) it never came so rang up kennedy publishing and he said he would get on to the suppliers who then it turn sent out an alternative prize as origanal prize was not avaliable anymore ( a load of card games that were very unsuitable for his age, bridge being one of them :eek: ) i phoned busytime and explained and he found another supplier who had the origanal prize. after 2 more weeks the prize never arrived so i phoned again and he said he would get in touch with suppliers, again after another week nothings turned up. my DGS loves busy time and i have posted in postal how good they are at sorting prizes out but i now feel so fed up of chasing this prize. i thought shall i ring again only to be waiting another week or two and no prize. 
not sure what to do anymore so posted here hoping someone might help me thank you all in advance love oddies
