Quick question

Ive set up a repayment plan with a PDL but since i set this up ive had to stop the debit card linked to it thx to a broker fee(now replaced with a new card),the 1st payment is due tomorrow.
Now ive read on here that some PDL companys have managed to take money off the new card linked to the old cards account.
I dont want to miss my 1st payment so my question is....should i wait and see if they take it off the new card? or set up a standing order ?
Cant afford to pay twice if they can take from the new card

phone the PDL company to explain the situation and ask them what will happen
loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.

Just spoke with them and they say they cant take any money from a stopped card.
Strange as ive seen countless posts on here where people have said moneys come off there new replacement cards, and everyone says open a new account with a new bank not connected with the old card.

Guess i will double check in the morning then go ahead with a standing order

Setting up a SO won't get the payment to them tomorrow. Hopefully you can make a direct faster payment online tomorrow that will mean your first payment will get to them, then set up a SO for the next payments.

Can I suggest in future please put a synopsis of your question in the thread title. you will get a lot more relevant interest in your thread if people know what it is about straight away, and may get your answer sooner :)
