It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

One's post was clearly in English! However some parts of English are derived from Latin with formulae being the plural of formula.

Which English do you refer to?
    formulas used to incorrect
Does that mean they used to be incorrect but they aren't now?
    One's post was clearly
Written properly that would say "One is post was clearly". That make no sense either.

None if your waffle explains why you dragged up such an old post to ramble incoherently in any case.
