Credit Score Help Please

Morning all.
I signed up to Noddle yesterday and found my credit score to be pretty poor. I'm not surprised really as over the last few years things have been messy, but I've paid a lot off and was hoping to start improving it.
In the last 3 1/2 years I've cleared:
Catalogue - £3000
Welcome Loan - £8000
Vanquis CC - £1200
Aqua CC - £900
This is what I have left:
MBNA CC - £1879 (0% and in agreement to pay £49 a month)
Loan - £1680 (0% and in agreement to pay £15 a month)
Barclaycard CC - £1645 (limit £1700)
Cap One CC - £870 (limit £900)
Overdraft - £900 (limit £900)
On my credit file the closed account show as settled and satisfied, so all is well there.
The MBNA CC is showing as 4 payments late. I called MBNA and they say it's because I'm in an agreement. Is this right?
The loan, which was to finance a car isn't showing at all on my credit file. It was originally taken out in 2002. Why is it not there?
The Barclaycard, Cap One and OD are all showing as up to date, as is my current account.
I was behind in payment on pretty much everything at some stage until I got myself into a position to throw bulk money at the debts to pay them off, so the closed accounts are showing late payments prior to settlement.
Basically I have worked very hard to get my debt down to it's current level. Every single spare penny has been paid off debt, although I know there is a bit to go yet.
Any advice on how to proceed in much appreciated.

Keep going as you are!
The missed/late payments will show for 6 years. There is nothing you can do to change it. However, as your payments are made in accordance with the agreements, they will move further back into your history and look less scary. You are still in repayment agreements with a couple of lenders, so don't expect too much too soon.
You are doing a brilliant job though - don't your credit rating spoil any sense of the tremendous achievement you have got here! Some days, it's just not worth chewing through the leather straps....

Thanks bargainbetty. I guessed that would be the answer. I suppose I am expecting too much too soon. I need to control my impatience.
