tesco direct

Can anyone tell me if tesco direct have a policy?
I went to the shop today and bought vacuum cleaner.
The guy on the till ordered it took the money from my direct debt account, then saw that he had put home delivery (I asked to pick it up from the shop)
He then canceled the order. He said the money will be back in my account in two days.
He did the order again for me to pick the vacuum cleaner up in the store.
Any help please

Sorry I can see how I confused you.
What I ment was If you buy something in the main part of the shop and you are over charged then you get back double the difference.Does that happen with tesco direct
Also this week tesco is doing tripple points in store.

A mistake was made in delivery options? It was rectified before you left the store? You did not query the price discrepancy when you checked the amount and entered your pin?

You want something extra for that?

World of difference between this and an incorrect SEL, imo.
Who or what was I before you came in to my life
    I am not sure

I did not enter my pin number.
The guy took the number from my card and typed it into the computer.
I was not shown the amount untill he had took the money from my account.
Then as he gave me the order form. He said I have over charged you.
He also wrote on the first order form that he had over chared me.

It was refunded straight away, surely that's the end of it.
