What to do with curd cheese

DH arrived home with some bargins last night (can stop himself)! However he brought home a 1kg of curd cheese which was £2! Great bargin but now I need to use it. really don't want to make cheesecake. What else can I use it for?? Can I freeze it? Could I make a while lasangna sause and freeze that. All other suggestion please are welcome. Thanks

Try making curd cheese tart
8oz curd cheese
2oz sugar
2oz currants
1 med egg
1 1/2 oz marg melted
mix all above together and bake in pastry case for 15 to 20 mins 220c (from the be-ro book)
or make risotto and stir about 100g into the finished risotto it makes it extra creamy.Sealed pot challenge member 4370
