PS for an extra £9 they can take away your old for you too.
Blimey!! back in stock and on offer at £269 for a Bosch! John Lewis massive buying power at work.0 -
Jessbob, have you got any feedback on this machine. Mine has now packed up after 15 years and I am looking at this one. Is the drum big enough - 5.5 kg. We are only a retired couple and the price is brilliant for a Bosch0

I would try asking in a PM message, they might not see this old thread.0 -

I have a machine which looks very similar to this (in terms of buttons and the energy rating is A++) I got mine in 2004 and it was a Which best buy at the time. My mum bought a cheaper Hotpoint model about 5 years ago and it's made me realise just how much value there is in my machine! If it is the same machine, I'd rate it and buy it again.
I live alone but when I do my washing it's a load which fills two clothes horses at a time. If I wash my double-bed sheets I can fit in the entire set (mattress over, 4x pillow covers and duvet cover) and it all fits fine. I'd say 5.5kg is good for couples or single people, probably not enough for a family of 4+ though.0 -
Thanks everyone! I am having it delivered on Thursday and am sure it is going to be great.0

Dont forget to take out the motor from the old one and take the old washer plus motor separate to the scrap metal yard.
Thats £19 back or £7 if you leave the motor in.
Why do you think the scrap men fight over old washers left out.
And they will murder for a microwave.Be happy...;)0 -
