Quick tip, next are very good on full and finals. Instead of spending so much time trying to avoid look at this avenue
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

Unplug the phone for awhile. You don't need this stress ontop of your husband losing his job.

  • I hate when creditors treat people like this.. they are just so slimy.

How much do you owe these horrible people? I assume since you have received such horrible service that your not going to use them again so if they wont accept your offer i would let them get a dca becuase they are probably going to anyway and at least a dca will accept £5-10 a month and you wont have to deal with next anymore

We owe them about £1000, like I have said previously we offered them £5 per month until our circumstances changed, we were advised by CSSC just to offer £1 but thought 'No we can stretch to £5' They have had an Income/Expenditure form from us so can see that literally all our money is accounted for. We've cancelled sky, gone onto basic packages for broadband and are just buying essentials, just so we can pay a bit towards our debts.

As for the comment about us trying to avoid paying them and go for a final settlement, what with?????? They wouldn't even accept £5.
I have got arrangements set up with almost all of my creditors so I am not trying to get out of anything.
