Does one qualify for Legal Aid whilst bankrupt? Situation occured which involves me needing a solicitor (ironically they were one of the reason why I went BR in the first place.)

bankruptcy does not disqualify you, whether you qualify or not will depend on your other circumstances, what area of the law is the case about?Hi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.
