I have written before as some may know and now i am on a dmp with cccs, what i wanted to ask was, i changed my bank account etc and my old bank account is no longer getting anything paid into it, am i breaking the law by doing this? I know its a silly question just if any PDL etc try to get money , nothing is there as its all going through cccs... am i just thick?

No you are not breaking the law - you should write to your bank and cancel any CPA's on the old account, if the balance is nil close it.Mama read so much about the dangers of drinking alcohol and eating chocolate that she immediately gave up reading.0

Hey, like stated above you're not breaking the law. You can change bank accounts whenever you want.
Just check to see if you owe them any money - if you do the bank will then be another creditor, just let CCS know so they can schedule this in and offer them a pro rata offer as well. If you dont owe the bank n e money, have no direct debits/standing orders etc going out then close the account.Eat, Sleep....Fart and then DIE!!!!! :T:eek:0
