has anyone had any problems in getting a refund? I sent all the stickers from the bottle, complete with a photocopy of the receipt showing clearly that I had paid for the conditioner, and a covering letter explaining that I neeeded to keep the original reciept as it was being used for a proof of purchase for the guarantee for an expensive electrical item.
Yesterday I got a letter back from the cardboard jeans people saying that they weren't going to reimburse me as I didn't send the original receipt. :rolleyes:

no probs here, but did send the receipt.

I read the instructions incorrectly and replied in MORE than 16 words so was initially refused. I was able to resend again and got sent a cheque.
Like poster #2 says no postage refund on this one.0
