this is the first step! now what is the next?

hi,
i am really sick of all the phonecalls and letters and not having any money after paying a few (not all of my debts) out and having no money and thats not an exageration...

can anyone help me how to clear the debts and what i should do...

i have:
payday loans (yes i know huge mistake) £521
provident £385
vanquis £150
catalogue £200
capital one £500 (in debt recovery)

how did all of you become debt free and suggestion for me at the end of my teather now!!!

    the first thing I would suggest is do a statement of affairs (theres a sticky on the top),
    then find out all the interest rates, minimum payments etc, then maybe there ways of cutting back in your spends for the repayments.

    If not, I would suggest contscting cccs, and look into a debt management plan. x

    Congratulations on taking the first step. I see you've posted an SOA on another thread so I'm sure you'll soon get some useful advice from the helpful people on this board. I was in your position a couple of months ago, and largely due to the wonderful advice and support I got on here, now I finally feel I'm making a dent in the debt and am much more positive. I hope things go as smoothly for you and we can soon be debt free graduates!
