Looking forward to this month, there's a fair amount of money heading my way this month but it's all marked for a new car, I will have one by September!

This month I'm going to put back £50 in vouchers/money for Christmas, by December i'll have £300 plus £100 tesco vouchers. This isn't including any vouchers I have stashed away already and amazon vouchers. I've never had enough money to go shopping in the January sales so next year is the year!!
    £20k in 2023 = £2718 £2023 in 2023 = £196.41 Grocery challenge £250= £195.80 **MONEY MAKES ME HAPPY**
  • Hello!

I'm a newbie on MSE forums!

Can I join this challenge but £5 a day? Thought I would start off slowly!
  • Tried this challenge before but always gave up. I am no longer working so have the extra time now and in desperate need of the extra cash. I am determined to succeed at £10 a day in July. Wish me luck x
£2015 in 2015 (Although actual goal is £10 a day)

Really wishing I had succeeded when I first started this in January and I may have made as much as you Rosie. Your signature indicates that you have had a great six months and I will be following you in awe for the next month. x;)

  • I'd like to join! Does not smoking count? I gave up 3 weeks ago after 18 years of smoking, so I feel like the saving is still relevant to me at the moment, but on the other hand it's 'not spending' rather than 'money making' if that makes sense?

I'd like to be £10 a day if smoking counts and £5 if it doesn't :)
