Skytv on pc

Has anyone any experience of buying this? Apparently u pay a one-off fee of anything from 5-8 pounds, I've seen, and get Sky TV on yr pc. U can access it from anywhere it's Mac compatible and supposedly abt 200 channels. From wat I can see it's not offered direct by Sky - is this as gd as it sounds or are they all sports (no offence fans!) channels? Any bits gratefully digested.

HI. im new to all of this. i was writing on another thread earlier. i dont know how to find it or send it ( how useless am i ?), but all ive got to say is that i bought a sat tv on your pc thing form eBay for 99p. It isnt great, but i can e-mail it to you if you want.

Tks for that - not really into the Ebay thing! Know wat u mean abt posting this end but this is a fantastic website so stick with it - some gd people out there wanting to help a fellow being, can find most things! If they get boring the k-heads are out there too and some of the retorts they receive are great! :beer:

I'm cancelling Sky because I can't afford it, but my son is gutted that he won't be able to watch the football. Has anyone got experience of using any of the watchskyonpc.com or similiar services? Ta v.much.
