I'm not sure what you mean by 'removing the notice from google'?

A notice will have been put into the Edinburgh Gazette when you signed the trust deed. That notice can't be removed.

If your trust deed became protected, that will have been registered on the Register of Insolvencies. It will stay on the Register for a year after the date your trustee is discharged (which can be later than the date you are discharged)
