    Thanks for all the replies!

With all due respect I think I will stay away from the payday loans...(I think my auntie is going to help me if worse comes to the worse)

I am going to go in to work tomorrow and tear the person who input my details, a new a*******! Caused sooo much grief because someone cannot even input some details properly, in this day and age, cant money just be transferred? its ridiculous!

 Careful, you are new to the business, and everyone makes mistakes my friend. Although it has caused you some pain, i find being polite gets you a lot further :)

Can you speak to a senior manager or a director as this shouldn't really happen - my firm is pretty tight, but when they have had problems with slaty payment they do acknowledge this and agree to pay any fees incurred that people can demonstrate.

First thing to do would be contact your bank, explain the situation, and I would be supprised if they were unable to help you. See if you can get a letter from your employer to the effect that they have messed up!
